Season, single and group rate tickets may be purchased:
- in person at the Tulsa Ballet Ticket Office
- by calling (918) 749-6006
- at www.tulsaballet.org.
Tickets to individual Tulsa Ballet productions may also be purchased at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center (TPAC) Ticket Office located on the south side of the Performing Arts Center at 101 E. Third Street (E. Third St. and Cincinnati Ave), by calling 596-7111 or on-line at www.myticketoffice.com. Hours of operation, policies, methods of payments, ticketing fees and availability of discounts are distinct from Tulsa Ballet.
Tulsa Ballet offers discounts to senior citizens and children on select performances. A senior citizen is age 60 or older; a child is age 12 or younger. Everyone must have a ticket regardless of age.
Groups of 15+ who are attending the same performance and making one payment are eligible for discounts on select performances. Please call 749-6407 for group sales assistance.
Of course, season tickets offer the best discount available.
Tulsa Ballet charges a $2 transaction fee, plus an additional $1 per ticket handling fee on all tickets purchased over the phone with the Tulsa Ballet ticket office. There are no handling fees charged on Season Tickets.
Tickets purchased through the Tulsa Performing Arts Center or www.myticketoffice.com are also subject to a handling fee.
Handling fees are waived for tickets purchased in person at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.
Tulsa Ballet does not charge additional fees. Cash, personal checks and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Please be advised that you will incur additional fees by purchasing through any office other than the Tulsa Ballet Ticket Office.
The Tulsa Ballet On-line Ticket Office does not choose seats. Orders are downloaded and processed by Ticket Office staff members who select seats on a best-available basis. Upon completion of your order, specific seating requests can be e-mailed to tickets@tulsballet.org . Be sure to reference the order number.
Wheelchair seating is located on every level in Chapman Music Hall and can be accessed by elevator. All wheelchair seating is reserved; please inform the Ticket Office that you require wheelchair seating at the time of purchase. Seating for those who cannot maneuver steps is likewise available. Contact the ushers for guidance to your seats.
The Tulsa Ballet Ticket Office gladly exchanges tickets to performances within a production, subject to certain guidelines. This is a free service for subscribers; single ticket buyers must pay a $2.50 per ticket fee for exchanges. Exchanges must be done in person and at least 24 hours before the first performance affected. The Tulsa Ballet Ticket Office can perform exchanges only for tickets sold by Tulsa Ballet.
Tickets may also be returned to Tulsa Ballet for resale as a donation. A receipt for the donation in the amount of the face value of the tickets will be issued to the ticket purchaser.
Tulsa Ballet offers no refunds.
All performances take place in Chapman Music Hall at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center (PAC) located at the intersection of East 3rd Street and Cincinnati Avenue in downtown Tulsa. Please use the Third Street entrance.
Tulsa Ballet encourages all patrons to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the performance. For the safety and comfort of our patrons and for the safety of our dancers, there will be no seating after the performance begins. Those not in the house when the house lights are brought down will be able to view the performance from the PAC lobby monitors until they can be seated at intermission.
Parking can be found on lots adjacent to the PAC. Most lots charge between $3 and $5 for event parking. Covered parking is available at the Central Parking Garage located directly across from the Bank of Oklahoma tower on Second Street. Take the elevator to Chapman Music Hall from inside the parking garage.
Tulsa Ballet has no dress code. Patrons are free to choose whatever best "suits" them. Some dress for a formal occasion, while others prefer to remain casual. Most fall in between, wearing clothing suitable for a professional environment.
