The Founders Society of Tulsa Ballet
Members of the Founders Society of Tulsa Ballet contribute a minimum of $1,500 (unrestricted) each year to Tulsa Ballet to sustain the organization's operations and to help achieve the Company's artistic goals. Members enjoy exclusive opportunities to meet the artists and watch them work—while ensuring the financial health of the Company.
Levels of The Founders Society of Tulsa Ballet membership:
The Order of the Grand Jete ($1,500-$2,499)
- Subscription to Tulsa Ballet newsletter
- Listing in Intermission magazine for all Tulsa Ballet performances
- Invitation for two to four Private Studio Previews/Receptions
- Invitation for two to The Founders Society Appreciation Dinner
Dancer's Circle ($2,500-$4,999)
- All of The Order of the Grand Jete benefits, plus
- Invitation for two to a theater dress rehearsal of Swan Lake on February 7, 2007
- An 8x10 color photo of Tulsa Ballet's dancers
Choreographer's Circle ($5,000-$9,999)
- All Dancer's Circle benefits, plus
- Complimentary parking in the PAC parking garage during Ballet performances, excluding The Nutcracker
- Invitation for two to view working in-studio rehearsals to experience the interaction between guest choreographers and Tulsa Ballet artists ( Celebrate Oklahoma and Legends in Motion )
Artistic Director's Circle ($10,000-$24,999)
- All Choreographer's Circle benefits, plus
- Reserved front row seating for two to four Private Studio Previews/Receptions
- Invitation to an intimate dinner in the home of Marcello Angelini and Daniela Buson
- Complimentary videotape featuring highlights of the 2006-2007
Benefactor's Circle ($25,000- $149,999)
- All Artistic Director's Circle benefits, plus
- Reserved front row center seating for two to four Private Studio Previews/Receptions
- Tickets for two to the Season Opening Night Gala on Friday, September 22, 2006
- Invitation for two to a private dancer reception prior to beginning of the season
Leadership Circle ($150,000 +)
- All Benefactor's Circle benefits, plus
- Reserved front row center seating for four to four Private Studio previews/Receptions
- Tickets for four to the Season Opening Night Gala on Friday, September 22, 2006
Current Lifetime Members of The Order of the Grand Jetè will automatically be recognized at The Order of the Grand Jetè level each year and will be entitled to all benefits of The Order of the Grand Jetè. Any additional unrestricted contributions made during the year will be considered cumulative from the $1,500 threshold and will move the Lifetime Member up in giving levels (as indicated above). For example, a Lifetime Member of the Order of the Grand Jetè who contributes an additional $1,000 each year will be designated as a member of The Founders Society at the Dancer's Circle level, or one who contributes an additional $8,500 will be designated at the Artistic Director's Circle level, etc.
All eligible gifts and pledges to The Founders Society of Tulsa Ballet will be counted according to the Ballet's fiscal year, beginning June 1st and ending May 31st of each year.
The Founders Society membership renewal letters describing the levels of giving and benefits associated with each level will be mailed annually.
To become a member, you may pay by one of the following methods:
- Pay by cash or check
- Pay by credit card
- Pay by stocks or securities
- Sign a pledge and pay installments (YOU determine the schedule with final payment being due no later than May 31 of each year.)
Contributions NOT counted toward The Founders Society of Tulsa Ballet membership:
- In-kind goods and services
- Contributions of less than $150,000 to special events or fundraising campaigns
Methods of Giving:
- Cash gifts: Cash or checks (made out to Tulsa Ballet) may be directed to the Development Office, Tulsa Ballet, 4512 S. Peoria, Tulsa , Oklahoma 74105 .
- Corporate Matching Program: Many employers will match your donation to a non-profit organization. Matching gift programs offer you an opportunity to align your company's charitable resources with an art form you love. Tulsa Ballet will combine your company's gifts with yours, which may entitle you to receive the benefits and privileges of a higher membership level.
- Stock Transfers: Tulsa Ballet will accept publicly traded stock as a donation. Please contact the Development office for convenient transfer details.
- Installment Payments: You may pay out your pledge amount in installments that are convenient for you.
