Lawrence Knox
Corps de Ballet
Originally from Arkansas, Lawrence Knox trained at Tulsa Ballet CDE and performed as “Young Marie” in The Nutcracker. At fifteen, she studied at Walnut Hill in Massachusetts and finished senior year dancing with Houston Ballet’s year-round program. A two-year NFAA Young Arts recipient, she also received an ABT summer Certificate of Excellence and the Teacher’s Choice Award at Regional Dance America. Her repertory includes The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Theme and Variations, The Merry Widow, Nine Sinatra Songs, and Rite of Spring, among others. After two years with Tulsa Ballet II under Liudmila Polonskaya, she is now in her second season with Tulsa Ballet.
