Christy Martin

Originally from West Virginia, Christy Martin began her ballet training at the Ballet Academy of Pittsburgh. She has spent summers studying with American Ballet Theatre, School of American Ballet, Chautauqua Festival, and Miami City Ballet. Ms. Martin attended Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Boston and has privately trained with the late Mansur Kamaletdinov, former Acting Artistic Director of the Bolshoi Ballet. This past year Christy has trained with Texas Ballet Theater and performed professional roles in Ben Stevenson's Giselle and The Nutcracker. This is Christy's first season with Tulsa Ballet II.
