Olivia Yoch began dancing in her native town of Richmond, Virginia, where she was a trainee with the Richmond Ballet after studying for seven years at the School of Richmond Ballet. She continued her studies at Butler University and had the good fortune to perform various principal and soloist roles with the Butler Ballet in Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, and Balanchine’s Walpurgisnacht. In 2012, she received a Performance Award for her work in Nacho Duato’s Por Vos Muero and as Swanhilda in Coppélia. She holds a B.F.A. in Dance Performance and a B.A. in English Literature. She is thrilled to begin her first season with Tulsa Ballet II.
