Born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, Ryan moved to Orlando and began dance at the age of 8 years old at the Russian Academy of Ballet. After, he began private training under the direction of Orlando Molina. He was then accepted to The Harid Conservatory and after that, the Kirov Academy of Ballet of Washington D.C. He performed many various roles such as Rothbart in Swan Lake, Fairy Doll, and Nikolai Kabaniaev’s Elegy.
