Performances
Unless otherwise noted, all performances take place in the Chapman Music Hall of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center (PAC). The PAC is located at the intersection of Cincinnati Avenue and east 3rd Street in downtown Tulsa.
PAC Ticket Office
During performances, a Ballet representative will be available in the PAC Ticket Office in the 3rd Street Lobby. This Ticket Office will be open two hours prior to the start of a performance, and will remain open through the first 30 minutes of the show. You may reach a Ballet representative during this time by calling the PAC at 918-596-7111.
Handicapped Accessibility
Wheelchair seating is located on all three levels of the Chapman Music Hall. You can request season tickets in a handicapped section, or should the need arise, you can exchange your regular seats for wheelchair seating for a single performance at no charge. Please contact the Ballet Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the first affected performance.
Exchanges & Refunds
The Tulsa Ballet Ticket Office gladly exchanges tickets to performances within a ballet production, subject to certain guidelines. This is a free service for subscribers only. Tulsa Ballet offers no refunds on tickets.
- The Tulsa Ballet ticket Office must have the tickets you are exchanging at least 24 hours prior to the first affected performance date on the tickets. You may mail the tickets into our Ticket Office, or come by our Ticket Office in person.
- Exchanges are subject to seating availability; there is no guarantee of same seats or same section.
- If tickets are exchanged to a higher priced section, the price difference must be paid.
- If tickets are exchanged for a lower priced section, no credit or refund will be given.
- We cannot issue more than one ticket in exchange for each ticket you return.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged after your performance date has passed.
Nutcracker Tickets
Nutcracker tickets are not a part of a Tulsa Ballet season subscription. However, subscribers may purchase Nutcracker tickets when they purchase their season tickets, or anytime throughout the season.
Lost Tickets
If your tickets are lost, stolen, or just left at home, we can replace them at no charge. Just contact the Ballet Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the first affected performance. If it is closer to show time you may contact the PAC ticket office at 918-596-7111, or present a valid I.D. at the PAC Ticket Office window located in the 3rd Street Lobby.
Donation of Tickets
Subscribers who cannot attend a production may donate their tickets back to the Ballet for resale. This is considered a donation to the Ballet and is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We must have the tickets in the Tulsa Ballet Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the first affected performance date on the tickets. A donation receipt will be mailed.
Change of Information
To ensure accuracy, all address, phone number, and email address changes must be made in writing to the Ballet Ticket Office. You may mail us your changes, or e-mail us at admin@tulsaballet.org. Please verify that we have your current information should we need to contact you.
